A Step into the Future While Celebrating 16 Years of Hardwork and Dedication

“It’s time to break out the cake and candles as it’s the 16 th anniversary of Deftsoft”

Sixteen years have gone by, how time flew since then and we became a top IT company is not a mystery. It’s the hard work, persistence and diligence of our beloved managers, team leads and employee that has helped us reach this milestone.  As they say, the journey to the top is always filled with roses and thorns, and only those who can pick roses come victorious.   This is what Deftsoft has been doing for the past 16 years.

While we celebrate our 16th work anniversary, it’s essential to go down the memory lane and highlight our achievements and hard work that has made us a renowned name in the IT world.  The dream and vision of our honorable CEO, MR Amaneet Singh Brar, has taken Deftsoft to such great heights. When you have a man of wisdom, the sheer caliber with futuristic views at the helm of affairs, the organisation is bound to cherish the taste of success. However, to reach the pinnacle of success, you not only need a great leader but a team that supports him through the thick and thin.

Anniversary celebrations are fun and emotional, which was reflected in the words of wisdom shared by our Honorable CEO.  The anniversary celebrations began with the speech from our management that moved all the employees and gave them the zeal to work hard to keep adding more successful years to the organisation. But, if you thought the party was over, the HR department had something fun on the cards.  Celebrations are incomplete without lip-smacking food and fun activities.  HR department distributed sweets, food boxes packed with love and flavor to thank all the employees, managers and office staff for making Deftsoft stand tall in the crowd.  When it comes to celebrations, no one can come even close to what Deftsoft does for its employees. This was reflected in the sheer joy and happiness on every employee’s face during the anniversary celebrations. Every member of the Deftsoft family unequivocally took part in the festivities and looked forward to more successful celebrations in the future.

Deftsoft is baffled by the fact that we had a stellar journey, and during these years, we had never stopped striving to reach the acme. The trust of our employees and clients has helped us paint the blank canvas with innovative ideas filled with creativity. On reaching the milestone, we would love to thank our employees and clients for being part of our company’s success over the years. We greatly appreciate and value your hard work and success.

This month gave us another reason to celebrate the coming up of Independence Day. As we entered the 75th Independence Day, it was imperative to remember our freedom fighters because of whom we are able to relieve this day. With the tri-colour theme, the Independence Day celebrations started with a bang.  The entire office looked vibrant in Independence Day decorations that made everyone feel special and encouraged a feeling of patriotism coupled with a lot of fun. To keep the spirit of Independence Day high, fun activities were performed, along with group photos and flag hoisting. The celebrations came to an end with a patriotic speech from our esteem, management saluting our brave soldiers for their incredible valor and courage. As proud Indians, we look forward to many more years of freedom and achievements while remembering our freedom fighters that made this day possible.
